We accept returns for most new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging (unopened, with all seals and labels intact)
Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
Opened or used health supplements, vitamins, or consumable products
Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., creams, masks, toothbrushes)
Gift cards or downloadable products
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@healthessent.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will inspect your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
To initiate a return:
Email info@healthessent.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
Ship the item to the address provided in our email (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
Check your bank or credit card account again
Contact your payment provider
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@healthessent.com.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please email us at info@healthessent.com before sending the item back.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
