In a nutshell, I am well pleased with these capsules. With a 5-in-1 natural ingredient formula (oregano oil, black seed oil, turmeric, ginger and black pepper) I found these capsules to be comprehensive and super beneficial for a daily consumption.The capsules are also fairly small in size and without a strong smell, and therefore easy to swallow, plus do not leave any bad taste in mouth once swallowed. These are also suitable for vegans and free from any GMOs, which is a plus. Have been taking a capsule daily for almost two weeks now and so far so good (a bit too soon to see any visible signs in wellbeing though). Capsules are also easy on the stomach with no digestion issues.Price wise, you get 60 capsules for around £16 (at the time of writing this review) which I think is pretty good value for money given the high potency formula and two month supply, so there is good value for money too in my opinion.All in all, would highly recommend and rate these as 5 stars without hesitation.

You need to take one a day of these soft gel capsules. They are quite large, but because they are soft gels, they aren't too difficult to swallow. They slip down easily with a drink of water, but be careful if you have trouble swallowing.At one a day, the tub will last for two months, which should be long enough to see if they work for you.I don't have the best sense of smell, but I can't detect an odour to these capsules, and they don't taste of anything or leave an aftertaste.

One a day with plenty of fluid and food, so I take them either at breakfast or lunch. No discernible taste or smell to them, and the natural ingredients look like a good blend. As with any supplement it’s good to research the ingredients to check they are relevant to your requirements, these met mine, and hopefully will be beneficial to my personal circumstances. 2 months supply, so are priced in line with similar products.
