Black Seed Oregano 5-in-1

I really like these softgel supplements. They contain a great mix of ingredients at a good dosage. I am really happy with the quality. I think it is good value for what you get! I haven’t been taking them long enough to comment on the benefits but they are very promising and they don’t upset my stomach. I would recommend giving them a try :)

In a nutshell, I am well pleased with these capsules. With a 5-in-1 natural ingredient formula (oregano oil, black seed oil, turmeric, ginger and black pepper) I found these capsules to be comprehensive and super beneficial for a daily consumption.The capsules are also fairly small in size and without a strong smell, and therefore easy to swallow, plus do not leave any bad taste in mouth once swallowed. These are also suitable for vegans and free from any GMOs, which is a plus. Have been taking a capsule daily for almost two weeks now and so far so good (a bit too soon to see any visible signs in wellbeing though). Capsules are also easy on the stomach with no digestion issues.Price wise, you get 60 capsules for around £16 (at the time of writing this review) which I think is pretty good value for money given the high potency formula and two month supply, so there is good value for money too in my opinion.All in all, would highly recommend and rate these as 5 stars without hesitation.

It is a very easy to take single gel cap dosage. I didn’t notice any off-putting smell or taste, although it did have a bit of an aftertaste. It wasn’t unpleasant at all, it kind of reminded me of the residual heat of spicy gum. It didn’t cause me any negative side effects, like an upset stomach, even when taken on an empty stomach. The gel cap reminds me of the omega oil supplements, both in size and look.Overall, I am very happy with the quality and potency of this supplement; I take it every morning with my daily multivitamin. I plan on keeping it as a regular part of my daily regime.

The thing about these oil capsules is that both Oregano and Black Seed are known for their health benefits and you are getting both.of them together along with ginger, turmeric and black pepper.They are in a convenient oil capsule which is a decent size and although I found it easy to swallow, some may be put off due to the size of them. There was no side effects or stomach issues for me. They seemed well.made and put together.Comes in a nice compact bottle with 60 capsules which will last 60 days.Currently priced at £15.99. Because the bottle is quite compact the text with all the relevant information is very small I have to wear some glasses to read them. The text does need to be bigger even if it means a bigger bottle has to be made.

I didn't get the packaging as shown. So I don't know what I received is the correct product.
However the after taking supplements straight away my stomach cleared out my bloatinous gone.. Fo the packaging I am giving 3 star but for the effectiveness of the supplements I will give 5 star.

I think £15.99 is great value for two-month supply of this.Oregano oil has been known to be effective at getting rid of bodily parasites and reducing inflammation.There's no nasty taste off these either, basically tasteless, I guess the capsule form helps.They're easy to swallow too as they're quite small, and there's no off-putting smells.A good option if you're looking for an oregano oil supplement, as it's high-quality and reasonably priced.

I regularly use Oregano oil for infections and had a great expectation about this product. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to help me against a fungal infection. (Other brands of oregano oil did in the past) It could be the not-so-right combination for my body. Or perhaps sole oregano oil ( without black seed and other oils) might be the case. The capsules themselves are quite large but easy to swallow with liquid without any aftertaste. I didn't notice any irritation on the stomach either.

You need to take one a day of these soft gel capsules. They are quite large, but because they are soft gels, they aren't too difficult to swallow. They slip down easily with a drink of water, but be careful if you have trouble swallowing.At one a day, the tub will last for two months, which should be long enough to see if they work for you.I don't have the best sense of smell, but I can't detect an odour to these capsules, and they don't taste of anything or leave an aftertaste.

I had no trouble taking the capsule, there is a very slight taste, but it is not bitter or harsh, even when I left the capsule to dissolve naturally in my mouth.... it wasn’t unpleasant. These Black Seed and Oregano capsules last for a 2 months supply. Personally, it’s nice to know these capsules are both vegan and gluten free. Its early days yet, but as I am a long-term Sciatica sufferer, if these capsules can reduce the frequency of prescribed anti-inflammatory agents and pain killers, I will be really happy.

One a day with plenty of fluid and food, so I take them either at breakfast or lunch. No discernible taste or smell to them, and the natural ingredients look like a good blend. As with any supplement it’s good to research the ingredients to check they are relevant to your requirements, these met mine, and hopefully will be beneficial to my personal circumstances. 2 months supply, so are priced in line with similar products.
