Zinc Picolinate 3-in-1

I take Zinc nightly (along with my Magnesium) and have done for years.There are differing papers and opinions on recommended doses for zinc, (and the benefits thereof), and the general consensus appears to be high doses can deplete copper absorption so the addition of 1-2mg of copper make a lot of sense.These ones have 20mg elemental zinc (from picolinate) with 2mg copper. You do see some high doses without copper, I always make sure either mine have copper, or I have a separate copper supplement of 1mg.In a practical sense, these are absolutely tiny white round tablets. They have no smell, taste or aftertaste and are easy enough to swallow. At 180 tablets with a serving size of 1, this contains enough for a six months, or three months for two people.The bottle was double security sealed, cellophane on the top and foil under the cap.I already take zinc, and so don’t really expect to feel much different. I suppose that means that these ones are working equally as well as my others, and I’ve had no negatives effects, so, so far, so good.

I ordered these on the 16th August so I've had a couple of weeks of trying them. I've taken Zinc on a daily basis for about five years now, but I do like to try different formulations/brands. I was drawn to this HealthEssent Zinc Picolinate product because of the combination of three forms of Zinc- Picolinate, Glycinate, and Malate. That and it all being combined with Copper Glycinate seemed like a really focused and powerful supplement. For those of us who take zinc daily, this seems like a really excellent option. With this particular Zinc supplement one new thing I've noticed is that my nails are much stronger!The tablets themselves are very small, easy to swallow and there's no taste or aftertaste. There are 120 tablets and you only need one a day. At £7.99 this is a great buy, at that price and for the amount you get it's excellent value. I'd recommend.

Zinc is a very useful partner to VitC. There are many VitC & Zinc combination preps around but it's worth checking to see what form of Zinc is bundled. The Zinc Picolinate is the most bio-avalable, but more expensive, though not hugely so. Here is a triple-zinc that combines the Picolinate with Glycinate and Malate forms, giving a 20mg Elemental Zinc total.The white tablets also have anti-caking and necessary bulking agents which still only results in a 6mm tablet and the 120 tablets barely fill 10mm of the bottle.The cap has a shrink-wrap, with an inner foil seal, and there is a silica gel desiccant pack to keep it all dry. The embossing on the push-turn cap is easy to see. The label info though is all very small and I needed a magnifying glass. At £7.99 for 120, it's a good buy and the best combo I've found.

Tiny little dusty white pills. They barely fill a quarter of their bottle. There is a total of 120mg of Zinc in various forms according to the label on the back. It's made of of three Zinc blends which are also providing 20mg of Elemental Zinc. Absorption varies in the blends. They are very easy to swallow as they really are teeny tiny.According to the NHS in the UK, you should take no more than 25mg of Zinc per day unless instructed by a GP. As always, seek professional advice when taking new supplements.I am taking these to help with food processing, along with Magnesium Citrate while on Mounjaro as was recommended by my pharmacist, so I know these are right for me. I do feel they've helped me along with my lifestyle changes.

I really like that this is a zinc complex rather than just an individual type of zinc. Ideal for this time of year and you also get a decent dosage of 92 mg in each of the single tablet servings. This container will last you for four months. They are easy enough to swallow and easier than the previous capsules I was taking. I am really happy with this supplement and would consider ordering it again in the future.

Happy with these good quality tablets, they are small and easy to swallow, leave no unpleasant taste in my mouth nor repeat on me later on in the day. These are high strength zinc, so I was really pleased to see they also include copper too.The best before date is very reasonable, and considering the decent amount of tablets you get for the price, I think these work out at decent value for money.

When you supplement with zinc long term, it can block copper absorption, so having copper already included makes a lot of sense to me.Zinc picolinate is well absorbed and the added copper helps maintain a healthy mineral balance and may prevent copper deficiency which high doses of zinc can sometimes cause. Each tablet I found was easy to swallow and the supply will last for several months.For anyone taking zinc regularly, this formula is a good option.

These Zinc Picolinate 3-in-1, High Strength tablets come in a quite large bottle the 120 tables (4 months supply, you only take one per day) only occupy about 1/8th of the bottle. They are quite small and easy to swallow, leaving no aftertaste or any other problems. The Nutritional Information is clearly displayed on the bottle, the tablets also contain copper which is good to have if you are taking Zinc. At £7.99 for four months supply is great value and definitely worth giving this a try. Highly recommended.

Ive been taking zinc on and off for years so I know the usual pitfalls like some tablets being massive or leaving a horrible aftertaste but these ones are tiny and just slip down without me even thinking about it. I like that they have copper included as I know from before that zinc on its own can mess with copper balance and its good not having to take them separately. i have been having one after my dinner each night and so far no nausea or queasy feeling which has happened to me with some other zinc tablets.. Hard to measure the exact benefits but my skin seems clearer and my nails are growing faster which I usually notice when zinc is doing its thing. For the price and the amount you get in here I think its very good value and its going to last me months

I prefer my supplements to contain no extras, but these do include some bulking agents and an anti caking agent, for formation of the tablet. (Ingredients are: Zinc Picolinate, Zinc Glycinate, Zinc Malate, Copper Glycinate, Maltodextrin, Silicone Dioxide, Microcrystalline cellulose.)I appreciate the combination of zinc form and copper and I have every hope this will be as effective as I expect it to be. Good price for 4 month’s supply too.
